Volanté Academy of the Arts, a non-profit organization in Prescott Valley, is seeking various supplies, donations and items to aid in the program of offering all areas of the Fine Arts to children in Yavapai County.
Some immediate needs are: printing, musical instruments, office supplies, lap top computers, a copy machine and prizes for the children. Also needed is funding for scholarships for children whose parents are unable to pay for lessons and/or tuition.
At this time our program includes lessons in Guitar, Piano and Voice; Dance classes; Drama; and a Chamber Choir for teenagers.
Since many schools in the area are cutting out Fine Arts programs due to financial restrictions, Volanté Academy is able to fill this need in the community with after school programs for children and youth of all ages.
