The academy has openings in the schedule for private students for all instruments at this time, as well as choir members. Students will participate in a big musical concert at Elks Theater, fall 2010!

The Show Choir is recruiting for new members, age 12-17, in a fun, innovative program, planning performances in the community.

Drama & Dance classes are presently being formed for all ages, as well as an orchestra.

Some scholarships are available for private lessons, as needed. Please call the office for availability.

A very exciting summer program is planned for six weeks---June and July This includes:
Private lessons in Piano, Voice, Violin, Guitar, & Drums. Also, our Art program, and Drama program. Anna Marie Larribla, our Drama teacher, is very eager to build up her program and get some great shows going.
Classes available are: Dance, Drama, Children's Choir, Show Choir, Orchestra, Creative Writing, and Girl Talk.
Most of these classes will continue on into the fall and year round.

GIRL TALK is a class for girls age 12-16, which will include Color Draping (what color is best for YOU?); planning parties and entertaining; cooking, knitting, crochet, needlework, and others.

Call now to enroll in private lessons and/or classes. Enrollment is limited in most classes.

Our spring recital is on May 21st at 6:30 PM, at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Davis Learning Center auditorium. The public is invited. No charge.

Jan Luke, our Executive Director, continues to teach private lessons in Voice & Piano, as well as directing our Children's Choir, and Show Choir. She is also writing grants and marketing with Anna Marie Larrible, out in the community.

Patty Merchant is our dynamic Guitar teacher. She will offer private lessons & also guitar classes this summer. Great job, Ms. Patty!

Tammy Walker is our dance teacher. We hope to be getting classes going again soon. Tammy taught dance classes for our academy in the past and did a great job. We look forward to building up our dance program again with Tammy's expertise. Thanks, Tammy!

Crystal Thomas is going great with Art classes for all ages! Keep up the good work, Crystal! You are appreciated.

Nathan Orner is our new Drum instuctor! He comes with years of experience also, and will be a big part of our summer program. Welcome, Nathan! Temporarily, Nathan teaches in his home, using his own set of professional drums, until we are able to move into larger facilities and have our own drum set.

Remember, we are always looking for good deals on musical instruments for our students. Anyone donating any sound equipment or instruments can receive a receipt and deduct it from income tax as a donation to a non-profit organization.
